Terms of Service

Last updated 14 October 2026

Using the service

These terms govern your use of Glai. By creating an account you agree to them. You must be able to form a binding contract and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Your websites and your visitors

You may add the tracking script only to websites you own or are allowed to measure. You are responsible for telling your visitors about the analytics in your own privacy policy and for following the privacy rules that apply where your visitors live. Glai stores no IP addresses and sets no third-party cookie, but the duty to inform is yours.

You may not use the script or the identify call to collect data you have no right to collect, and you may not send us the content of forms, passwords, card numbers or health, financial or other sensitive details about your visitors.

Your account and keys

You must confirm your email address before adding a website, connecting a payment provider, creating API keys or using the AI tools. Keep your password, API keys and webhook secrets secret; you are responsible for activity using them. Revoke a key as soon as you think it may have leaked. API keys can be set to expire.

Payment providers you connect

Revenue attribution reads payment events from an account you own at Stripe, Polar, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy. You are responsible for that account and for following that provider's terms. Glai is not affiliated with these providers and never handles your customers' card details.

Shared dashboards

A dashboard you share is readable by anyone who has the link, with no sign-in. Share the link only where you are happy for those numbers to be seen, and turn sharing off to stop it; the old link stops working at once.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to track people across websites, to build profiles of individuals, to send fake traffic or events, to overload the collector or the API, or to try to read another workspace's data. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, its API or its AI tools, or that we reasonably believe is used unlawfully. Suspension signs the account out of every device.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data recorded for your websites and the payments you connect. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service: to show your dashboards, to answer your AI questions from aggregated numbers, and to keep the service running.

AI answers and credits

AI answers are generated from aggregated statistics and can be wrong. Check them before acting on them. AI tools use credits from your plan's monthly allowance; a request that fails is not charged. Unused credits do not carry over and have no cash value.

Plans, events and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose, through Stripe, and start with a trial where the pricing page says so. Each plan has limits: events a month (pageviews, custom events and outbound clicks, pooled across your websites), websites, workspaces, team members, goals, API keys, AI credits and how long raw events are kept. When a month's events are used up, new events are not recorded until the month ends or the plan is upgraded; nothing already recorded is lost. Identify calls, bots we filter and payments from webhooks do not count as events.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and a visit that reaches us while the collector is unavailable is not counted. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Questions can be sent to hello@glai.io.
